How do I get access after subscribing?

You’ll get an email as soon as your subscription goes through — it has your Discord invite and your verification instructions. Join the server, verify with our bot, and it assigns your tier role automatically. Your channels unlock the moment that’s done.

I didn’t get the access email — what now?

Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure you’re looking at the address you used at checkout. It normally arrives within a couple of minutes. Still nothing? Join the Discord with the link on this page and give us a shout — we’ll get you sorted.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Everything runs through PayPal’s encrypted checkout — you don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your PayPal account (or just ask us) and you’ll keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Platinum and Elite members post requests straight into their tier channel. Give us the specifics and we’ll create it for you — turnaround is usually 3–5 days.

What’s the difference between a custom request and a commission?

A custom request (bundled with Platinum and Elite) lets you ask for a specific theme or style. A private commission — $30 on its own, or one free every month on Elite — gives you full creative control and direct back-and-forth with the artist on a single bespoke piece.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed entirely inside PayPal’s PCI-compliant system. Your card details never touch this site and we never store them.
